Parking is a hassle. you're relegated to street parking with no security, which can be unsettling, especially if you have a nicer vehicle. The pool is surprisingly small, and during my visit, the water looked murky, possibly because it was open to non-guests as well. The amenities could use a boost. for example, there aren't enough pillows or blankets in the room, and the shower drain was slow, leading to an unpleasant standing-water experience. Overall, it feels like this place has potential but needs some serious upgrades to justify the price.

The location was perfecto, just a hop to local favorites like Mariscos El Primo Nava and Broncos Steak House, serving the kind of tacos that make ya swoon. Plus, the comfy Standard Double Room was a sweet escape after a day of dining adventures.

The pool was a bummer, super tiny and not the cleanest scene—definitely not a spot to chill out. Got to watch out for the randoms crashing the hot tub too!

la pinta is our go-to stop on our road to baja. the hotel is super friendly and feels like home. it's clean, and the staff has been consistent over the years, enhancing the welcoming vibe. having seating outside would be great for enjoying the views, and a more varied menu would be nice too.
